ELIZABETH HAMRICK

Of Counsel

Elizabeth’s East Coast education, West Coast big law experience, and small-town Alabama upbringing bring a unique and varied perspective to her legal practice.

Elizabeth’s practice spans a wide range of civil litigation matters, including business disputes, breach of contract cases, real estate-related litigation, and labor and employment issues, backed by extensive experience in briefing and legal writing from initial pleadings and discovery through summary judgment motions, trial preparation, and appellate briefs. She also regularly advises clients on non-litigation matters—contracts, policies and procedures, compliance, and personnel matters. A licensed real estate agent herself, Elizabeth has a particular interest in the intersection of law and real estate and assists brokers, agents, builders, and investors with their legal needs.

Elizabeth’s path to the firm has given her a broad vantage point: she practiced at a large international firm in California, represented homeowners’ associations and other clients in Nevada, and—since coming to Huntsville—has worked in both private practice and as in-house counsel at a university. That range allows her to serve a wide variety of clients and bring a versatile set of legal services to the Loftin Holt team.
