Kimberly E. Green
Kimberly began her legal career in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, in 2007 while attending the University of Alabama. In 2012, Kimberly joined Hall, Tanner & Hargett as a paralegal. Following the firm's merger, she continued her role with Loftin Holt Hall & Hargett, where she has become an integral member of the legal team.
As the paralegal in the firm’s Florence office, Kimberly works closely with attorneys and clients throughout every stage of the legal process. She assists with case management, prepares legal documents, drafts correspondence, coordinates discovery, organizes and reviews records, communicates with clients, experts, and opposing counsel, and helps ensure that cases progress efficiently from initial intake through resolution. Kimberly is committed to providing compassionate client service while maintaining the organization, attention to detail, and professionalism necessary to support successful legal outcomes.

Marisa D. Pressley
Marisa Pressley is a litigation paralegal with more than 28 years of experience supporting attorneys and clients through all phases of complex civil litigation. Her practice areas include personal injury, general civil litigation, appellate, and business disputes.
Marisa brings a wealth of knowledge and steady guidance to the Loftin Holt team. Throughout her career, Marisa has managed a wide range of litigation tasks, including case management, drafting pleadings and discovery, coordinating depositions and mediations, preparing trial materials, and maintaining communications with clients, experts, and opposing counsel. She is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to efficiently manage complex cases from inception through resolution.

Margaret Anne Tucker
Margaret Anne is a litigation paralegal who supports our labor and employment, appellate, government contracting, business disputes, and general civil litigation practice areas. In this role, she manages multiple steps in the litigation process, including discovery, research and investigation, document drafting and editing, filing, case management, client communication, and trial preparation. Margaret Anne also assists our partners with firm management logistics and coordination between our Huntsville and Florence offices.
Prior to joining Loftin Holt, Margaret Anne spent over a decade teaching middle and high school Social Studies and coordinating support services for students with disabilities. She now brings that same level of care, organization, and attention to detail to our clients and staff each day.
