JORDAN LOFTIN WAGONER

Associate

Jordan is one of Huntsville’s rising young lawyers who connects with clients and understands their needs.

Jordan Loftin Wagoner is a third-generation Madison County lawyer who represents businesses of all sizes in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to, shareholder disputes, residential and commercial construction disputes, and government contract disputes. She helps guide clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit strategy and discovery through trial and appeal, in both Alabama state and federal courts. In addition to her litigation practice, Jordan advises clients on entity formation and drafts governing documents designed to support long-term business objectives.

Before joining Loftin Holt, Jordan developed a strong foundation in litigation through her legal training and early practice experience. While attending law school, she served as Articles Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, led Cumberland School of Law’s Alabama Defense Lawyers Association section as President, and advocated for clients through the Innocence Project. Jordan remains actively involved in Alabama’s legal community and currently serves on the Board of the Huntsville Young Lawyers Section for the second consecutive term. Her background in business management and accounting provides valuable insight when advising companies involved in commercial disputes and business-related litigation. Jordan is licensed to practice in Alabama and regularly appears before state and federal courts throughout the state.
