Our Fees
We always want our clients to know that our financial interests align with theirs. We uniquely tailor our fee structure to the needs of each client and matter. To some, a set budget is important. Maybe you have to tell your Board what the litigation will cost. So, a flat or monthly fee makes the most sense. To others, the billable hour fits. We believe the fee arrangement often calls for a customized and flexible approach to create a win–win for you and us.
That is why Loftin Holt uses a mixture of fee structures in addition to hourly billing, including contingency, hybrid, and fixed fees.
