Rebecca cut her teeth on bet-the-company litigation for some of the world’s largest financial institutions—and now brings that intensity home to North Alabama.

Rebecca Hall has maintained a varied litigation practice over the years, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in cases involving class actions, fiduciary duties, professional liability, trusts, product liability, general commercial litigation, and environmental and toxic torts, among others. Rebecca knows that success looks different for every client—and that achieving it starts with a nuanced command of the facts and comprehensive understanding of the pertinent law. By thoroughly mastering the details of each case, she aims to craft the most compelling and effective version of each client’s story, whether before a judge, jury, or opposing counsel at the negotiating table.

Rebecca started out in New York City working on bet-the-company litigation and representing some of the largest financial institutions in the world before moving to a premier litigation boutique where her practice grew to encompass a broader range of matters but continued to focus on high-stakes litigation. Rebecca now brings the intensity and tenacity forged through those experiences back home to North Alabama to fight for the best possible outcomes for her clients.
